John Cleese on Creativity

This is an old talk but I had not seen it before. In this talk, John Cleese gives some information on creativity. It is not instruction on how to be creative, but it sets a framework on how to maximize creativity and discusses ways in which creativity is blocked. This is a worthy lecture and I will have to try some of these techniques myself.
